Duties & Responsibilities:
The Head Barista will be responsible for supervising daily cafΓ© operations and ensuring high-quality beverage preparation standards.
  • Manage daily cafe and beverage operations
  • Train, guide, and supervise barista team
  • Maintain quality control of coffee and beverages
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Head Barista or Senior Barista
  • Age: 21–35
  • Strong knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage team operations
