Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure proper product display on shelves.
  • Check product expiry dates and follow inventory rotation standards.
  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: 10th pass or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail, supermarket, or hypermarket operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and basic numerical ability.
  • Physically fit, disciplined, and reliable for shift-based work.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
