Job Description :

We are hiring Commi I Chefs for leading hospitality establishments in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cooking, maintaining high standards in food preparation, and supporting senior chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Candidates with prior experience in the hotel or catering industry will be preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and cooking meals as per menu and quality standards
  • Assisting head chefs in food preparation and kitchen management
  • Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in kitchen and dining areas
  • Assisting in inventory management and stock control
  • Ensuring proper portioning and presentation of food
  • Following kitchen SOPs, hygiene guidelines, and HACCP standards
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience (restaurant/hotel/catering
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
  • Team-oriented, disciplined, and customer-focused
  • Physically fit and able to work in long kitchen shifts
